Ingredients

  • 1-2 liters of milk of choice
  • 4 organic black tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon quills
  • 1 tsp whole back pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 vanilla bean opened and scraped
  • 4 whole star anise
  • 1 tbsp cardamon pods
  • 1 tbsp cloves
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1-2 nutmeg opened in half

Optional

  • matcha or turmeric
  • adding nut butter for creamy texure, hazelnut, almond, cashew
  • sprinkle cinnamon on top!

Instructions

  1. To make: on stovetop with large pot
  2. 1-2 liters organic milk cocoquench, almond milk
  3. Put all ingredients in the pot to simmer for a 1-2 hours. Strain and serve.

Makes the house smell like pure happiness!
