  • 1 cup teff flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large nonstick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil for greasing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the teff flour, baking powder, and all other ingredients except for the honey. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Take 1/4 cup of the pancake mixture and pour it into the hot pan. Cook for approximately 30-60 seconds (depending on the size of the pancakes), then flip the pancake and cook the other side until it is well cooked. Repeat this process until all of the batter has been used.
  4. Serve the teff pancakes with a drizzle of honey, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds as desired.
