Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice or juice of choice
1/2 cup coco quench or coconut milk
6 tbsp of organic gelatin powder
1 tbsp of camu camu powder for a total of 644mg vitamin C per serving
1 tps of honey (optional) some juices are bitter
Equipment
candy molds
pot
whisk
measuring cup
measuring spoon
Instructions
Put juice, coconut milk, gelatin, honey and camu in a pot and whisk until you have no lumps.
Heat over low heat until gelatin is well disolved stirring constantly. This will happen fast so have all ingredients ready.
Pour into candy molds and freeze for 10 minutes. Will keep in fridge for 1-2 weeks
